    Boost your immune system with gratitude.

    What does gratitude mean to you? For me it is recognizing the inherent good in all situations, all people and all things. Sometimes I feel grateful for something that has happened to me, or for something someone has done for me and other times I just feel grateful for being alive, for my human experience and being able to see, hear, smell, taste and so on.
